The location was fantastic and ideal, just a short walk from the mall. Lucky that it was not too far from Shake Shack, offering convenient food options. The breakfast was warm and outstanding, with a great selection including turkey sausage, having everything you could want.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The airport shuttle is very convenient, although taking the last one to the hotel was a close call. The short walking distance to the Pentagon City Mall and the short shuttle drive to the airport makes the location very convenient. The room was spacious, including a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and a small dinner table. The sitting area was very comfortable. The room was well organized, well furnished, and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will return next time I visit DC.

Breakfast was a bit crowded and not very exciting. Sitting in the breakfast area was not comfortable.

Great accommodation with fantastic setting near to nearby restaurants and the airport and the White House and shopping center.

The staff here are the absolute best - so friendly and genuinely nice 😊. The service was top-notch, and there's a great restaurant right on site. The studio suite was huge and the bathroom was super clean. Can't ask for more!

The staff were fantastic. We had been traveling 20+ hours from New Zealand to get there and all we wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed but figured arriving at 8.30am all we'd be able to do was drop our bags and have to kill most of the day before we could check in. Not only we're we able to go straight to our (very nice and spacious) room, they even offered us complimentary breakfast, when we hadn't even stayed the previous night! I have never experienced such great customer service from a hotel. Also, when asked for a restaurant recommendation they made a dinner booking for us and when we arrived at The Chart House in Alexandria we were treated like VIP's. We had the best table in the house, complimentary dessert and personalized menus. Plus the food was amazing. It was a really great night. Though it was a lot more money than we had intended to spend on a hotel, it was worth it for the quality of the hotel and the fantastic service.

Wonderful view of the Pentagon. Convenient to the Metro. Room was wonderful. Staff was very helpful about getting metro passes and looking up tour info.

Our only complaint was Sunday breakfast was packed with people and staff had a hard time keeping up. There was not enough tables and chairs. During the week breakfast was wonderful and relaxing.

I had a room with beautiful rear views, and the breakfast had a delicious variety of hot food items.

inconveniences at breakfast - forks missing or a type of food (meat) missing, made me wait until I could start eating, but that was a smaller inconvenience in the morning, at least the food was good and made it up for it

The room comes with climate control, a cozy living area, and the bed is super comfy! 😊

It's in a great location and has very friendly staff. The price is right.

It was a great place. Large rooms with a full kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, kitchen sink, even a dishwasher. A free breakfast was available every morning and had something for everyone. We ate a good breakfast every morning and with 4 of us staying for a week that saved us a bundle. Very comfortable rooms, accomodating and helpful staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

Parking was expensive and the spa was out of order the whole time we were there.

The customer service was top-notch and the hotel's location was just perfect 👌🏽. Plus, there was a restaurant right on the premises, which was super convenient.

The breakfast was good hot and outstanding for vegans, there were coffee, cereal, pancakes, yogurt and fruit. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants, shopping and the Pentagon City Metro stop, to metro station and walking distance from the Mall. We had lunch in Charleys Philly Steaks, placed close by.

It was close to the Metro. The Front Desk staff was EXCELLENT!!! Dean was very helpful along with the others behind the counter. They went out of their way to answer questions and help us in any way they could.

It would have been nice to know tat they were renovatiing the Hotel before we arrived and saw everything torn up.
